How Letting Go Works!


In this method, we propose that navigating through emotions effectively involves a two-pronged approach: first, by fully experiencing your emotions, and second, by observing these emotions as an outsider. This technique is a potent blend of engagement and reflection.

By adopting this practice, we encourage the emergence of all emotions, approached with courage rather than avoidance. This method stands apart from other emotional release techniques such as primordial scream therapy, cathartic crying, expressive writing, or verbal expression. It delves deeper, requiring an understanding of the essence of emotions, their various layers, how they interconnect, and the nature of emotional cycles.
