The basic of this Letting Go method is that all mental contents can be seen as emotion (or at least as emotional in nature). Everything is emotion! Every thought, word, image, mental gif, mental video, story, narrative, opinion, etc. – all are just emotions. If you can learn to tap into the emotion, then you can learn to let go of that emotion and live a life where you feel free and fearless!
More yet, “everything is emotion” – by that I mean that all of your life is one emotional experience to the next. You are feeling all day long. All of your relationships is based on feelings, all of your work, all of dreams and goals – it’s all emotion based.
The goal of Letting Go is to become a person that experiences the emotions they want far more often than they experience the emotions they don’t want. We release the negative, and embrace the positive!
